Refund policy

Genesis1:3Candles will exchange used and unused candles damaged due to shipping. We will only exchange candles that are not used within 7-10 business days. All used candle purchases are final. 

Keep Showing Love will carefully examine & wash all clothes donated. We will check expiration dates on food & hygiene items. We will never give out anything expired. We will never hand out anything; we won't eat or wear ourselves. 

Please keep in mind that Keep Showing Love is a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We are not responsible for the items once you receive them. Please carefully review your items. There's no return on any items donated.
